Our ring doorbell 2 keeps going offline during the night 2-4am. WiFi is on and router showing all green. Doesn’t happen in the day only at night. Any suggestions?
Hey @Gem0611. Some ISPs will run updates on their systems late at night, which could be restricting the Doorbell from being connected. In addition, you may need to ensure you have the proper ports and protocols opened to have the Ring Device fully functioning with the wifi 24/7. If you could, please reach out to your ISP, ensure the ports and protocols listed here are covered for, and see if they can find any disconnect with devices around this time frame and isolate it further!
