Have a listen to this video. Very odd sound coming from the Ring. I assume it has been triggered by the motion sensors. It is hardwired. Any ideas?

Thank you for sharing that example @tomcentral! This is certainly an unusual sound to hear. While network interference could cause audio quality concerns, this sound seems consistent and loud. Feedback like this could occur as a result of answering the event on a mobile device too close to the device itself. Please ensure any mobile device live streaming the event is not in close proximity to the Ring device. If this is not the case, I recommend reaching out to our support team for further troubleshooting.
