My front doorbell camera will go black and says file not found when I click on it has been happening off and on for awhile: my boyfriend doesn’t have access to my phone or app… but I believe he’s doing it just don’t know how ? It would happen briefly when I go out only to get my nails done help
Video concerns are often related to WiFi connection. Check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device.
