Hello, There was an incident outside our house last night but the ring doorbell didn’t pick it up, can the footage be obtained from ring? Just in case the police ask

Hi @Cabbageface. Ring Doorbells and Security Cameras do not record continuously. They will record when motion is detected, or when someone rings the Doorbell. If the incident did not occur within the Doorbell's range of motion detection, it would not be recorded and there is no footage available.
