I purchased a Nutone chime, BK242LWH, which is a model listed as compatible with my RING doorbell I the FAQ, but it is not. After the bell chimes it annoyingly buzzes for 30 seconds. Calling Ring support was not at all helpful.
Hi @GaryG2. The NuTone you’ve listed is a compatible chime kit. What is the specific Doorbell model you have? I would make sure that you have the correct selection in the Ring app for your Chime Kit selection. With the Doorbell selected, you can find this setting under Device Settings > General Settings.
