Why does the app always show the number of “new events” as no greater than 21 even though more that may have been recorded? My unit is hardwired so it’s not a battery thing.

Do you mind taking a screenshot of what this looks like, when it’s limited to 21 events, in comparison to a screenshot that shows more than 21 new events in your event history? In addition, what phone are you seeing this on, Ring app version, and what is the phone’s OS version you’re on?
