Nuisance Rings
I am getting "nuisance" rings on my doorbell. The doorbell rings when it has not been physically pressed by a visitor and there is no one around. This happens several times a day and usually around the same time each day (although there are a few examples of it happening at completely different times). Any thoughts on what could be happening?

Hey neighbors. I know how these "ghost dings" can be a nuisance. What worked for me, was checking the wires on the back of the Doorbell. Mine were not on there securely, so they were causing an intermittent connection every so often and causing the Doorbell to ring in the house. So, I would advise to make sure the connection is nice and tight. If that doesn't seem to be the cause, reach out to our support team so they can help diagnose what is causing this. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We’re taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19, so this has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support. Let me know if this helps!
