I have just purchased Ring 2.

I have it all set up RSSI -44 i get notification that my door bell has rang but nothing when i select live view, it just keeps spinning .

But then I go back to history and the video is there.

Does anyone know how i can get the Liveview working ?

Hi @djtezz, when you are attempting to connect to the Live View, are you connected to wifi or your mobile data? Sometimes the wifi you are connected to may be limiting your ability to connect to the Live View. If you can, please test this on mobile data and let me know if this helps! Additionally, you can try our alternative app Rapid Ring to have a quicker response time when loading the Live View. :slight_smile:
