The notifications doesn’t come through on my new phone even though I have enabled all the settings, any ideas?
Hi @jdechong. What kind of phone are you using, iPhone or Android? A good starting point would be to uninstall the Ring app, turn you phone off and on, then reinstall the Ring app. Once that is complete, login to the Ring app and test your notifications. Let me know if this works!
