We haven’t been receiving notifications on our phones since the iOS update last week. The recordings are there when we open the app. Is anyone else having this problem and know a solution?

I’d also recommend ensuring that both the Ring App and your phone’s OS are fully updated and that the Ring App has permissions enabled to send notifications within your phone’s settings.
