Hello all. Just installed the Ring doorbell Pro. I added my wife to be able to get alerts and see the video. There are times when she will get a doorbell notification and I will not even though we are sitting right next to each other. Other times it works fine. Has anybody else seen this?
Hey @yooper3269. What kind of phone do you have? You can learn more about apps that conflict with the Ring app if you have an Android phone here. In addition, we have troubleshooting for Android phone notifications here and iOS phones here.
