The Ring doesn’t notify me until 20 minutes later and person is gone.
Hi @Cf. There are a few variables to consider when looking into a delay in your notifications. What is the RSSI of the device? Is the phone you are using connected to wifi or cellular data? When was the last time your rebooted your internet router? What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Letting the Community know this information could help solve your delay!
