other notifications are working properly and all settings/adjustments are OK
An idea of the problem ?

Hi @MatthieuRSN14. What model doorbell is this? Have you confirmed that it is currently online and is receiving power? Also, what type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app is installed? Thanks, neighbor.
