Notification sounds on Samsung S20 Plus not working!

I replaced my Huawei Mate 20 pro with Samsung s20 Plus.

Im now not able to change the notification sound to the original app stock notification sounds. Im only able to select Samsung default notification sounds. This is killing me.

Why is that? Ive given Ring access to storage but still only Samsung notification sounds appear.

Hi @Nkolai. In this thread here, Community members were able to solve this by using downloaded tones from a dropbox. I hope this helps!

Thanks, that is a workaround.
However, I still get double notification sounds.

Hello, go into the settings icon on your phone, the Notifications, Choose the Ring App and click on each to be able to choose which sound it uses.
