Notification showed a person this morning but theres no video in history

I woke to a notification this morning for 12:35 AM. We've had a few break ins in our gated community so I always check. I clicked the notification and it was stuck on "preparing video" but would not load. Closed the app and when I went back to the history to look for it its not there.I have the only access to the account on my phone. Not sure how this could have happened. It's like it was deleted but I am the only one with access so I didn't think that was it.

A video not loading and or saving, might be due to a connection issue.
