I’ve stopped getting a notification sound on my iphone recently and I’m not sure why. It was working fine until just recently. The RSSI shows as -40. Could that have something to do with it? If so, I wonder why it was working just a week ago.

The best next step will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device, as well as ensure there is not a vpn enabled. Once complete, please check the settings in your Ring app such as the Doorbell alert toggles and alert tones options, found in Device Settings. I hope this helps!
