I get all notifications (person, motion, doorbell) when i am at home. But as soon as i leave the house i dont get any notifications. Even a doorbell ring did not go to my phone.
Hi @user81443. First, I’d suggest checking your Geofence settings and Ring app permissions just to ensure everything looks correct there. Also, make sure your phone isn’t on Do Not Disturb Mode when you leave the house, as this will prevent notifications from coming through.
If the issue persists after checking the above, it’s likely due to the settings or configuration with your mobile data. You may need to check with your cell phone carrier to see if there’s an issue with your data plan, or if there’s anything they can adjust on their end.
