hi all, need your help if possible, so my partner has gotten us a new ring door bell which he has registered in his name. the issue were having is that I am currently signed up at my elderly parents account and when we have tried to set up my app to have both devices. we managed to do it how ever my parents and everyone are getting mine and my partners notifications even when they aren't shared users. does anyone have any ideas or work arounds as to how we can fix this. many thanks. Th x

Hi @user68038. If you were added as a Shared User on your partner's Doorbell, your parents would not receive those notifications unless they are signed into your Ring account. I would suggest checking which Ring account they are signed into, as well as verifying the Shared Users for your partner's Doorbell.
