Hi @user47697. Make sure to charge the battery with the provided charging cable for at about 8 hours. After that, insert the battery into the Doorbell, then attempt to put it into setup mode by pressing the setup button under the faceplate. If the Doorbell isn't responding, hold down the setup button for 20 seconds to complete a full reset.
