I am currently away from my home. Live was working fine for the first few weeks and now nothing. No one in my home moved my router or adjusted anything since no one is there.
Why can’t Ring put a better antenna or SOMETHING in the device to not lose signal? I hope I can get it to work while I am a few states away!
Useless… maybe time to look at something else when I get back.
Hi @eAddict. Are you on wifi or mobile data when you are trying to access Live View? Both the Doorbell and the device you’re accessing Live View on will need a stable and strong internet connection. You can also try the Rapid Ring App, which is a companion to the Ring App and is designed to allow you to answer notifications and access Live View more quickly.
