I’ve install the chime door bell that came with the ring door bell but it won’t ring. I’ve checked the setup and connection to my WIFI and the verification indicates all is good but the chime will not ring when the door bell is pressed to the ring door bell, nor will it chime when motion detected?
Hi @user38047. You will want to double check that you have linked the Chime to your Doorbell. If that checks out, try power cycling your Chime by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. Lastly, factory reset your Chime by pressing and holding the setup button for 20–25 seconds, then reconnect it to your wifi. f you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here for further assistance.
