Delays on notification when someone approaches property
Live cam just keeps buffering
Some videos comes up blank on playback

For video and notification connection concerns, it’s always a great step to check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. For videos that won’t play, try logging in at Ring.com to see if videos play there. I hope this helps!
