Not working properly


Since we have paid the yearly subscription our cam hasnt worked properly

Delays on notification when someone approaches property

Live cam just keeps buffering

Some videos comes up blank on playback

Any ideas?

For video and notification connection concerns, it’s always a great step to check out your RSSI in the device health section of the Ring app, to ensure for optimal wifi signal. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. For videos that won’t play, try logging in at to see if videos play there. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
