Not working on a 4g network

Hay,
My ring security light and camera will not work on a 4g network with my phone. Great on WiFi but when no wifi I get warnings but no video

Hey @Mike69! As a first step, I recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app to ensure it is up to date, and integrated optimally for video streaming on your mobile device. With video working on wifi, but not on cellular data, this usually indicates the cellular tower connection to your mobile device might not be as strong. Turning your phone off then back on can help for connection concerns. Let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:

It didn’t work for verizon…

Hey @WestlandD! Please ensure there is not a VPN enabled on your mobile device. I recommend also trying out the Rapid Ring app, designed for the quickest access to live view. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
