Not Seeing People

Lately my Ring does not pick up people coming or going.

Also, it records every 15 minutes!!!

Help!

@Jbolster do you have people only mode on or off? Also when you say records do you mean the snapshot?

Hi @Jbolster. Great suggestions form @bemak187. I would also check the settings for your Motion Frequency. This could alter how often your device records. This Community post here will explain Motion Frequency in more detail. Let me know if this helps!
