Why isn’t my doorbell ringing & saying no connection thru WiFi ? Bit my WiFi is no close to the doorbell
Hey @Deee096. Have you tried reconnecting your Doorbell to your wifi from the Device Health section? I recommend going into the Ring app > Main Menu > Devices > Doorbell > Device Health > and tap on the Reconnect to Wifi. If you’re unable to reconnect it still, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
