Not ringing on iPhone when screen is locked

Hi all,

We have RIng Doorbell 2 with indoor chime.

The iPhone wont ring when screen is locked, but starngley will if we unplug the indoor chime!

Any idea before I go mad,

Hi @Richie771. I would first make sure that your IOS and Ring app are up to date. This Help Center article here also has some great tips and tricks for getting notifications to work for you iPhone. I hope this works!
