My device does not recognize me as the owner. I have been living in the same place since I got the doorbell 2 years ago. I put the full charged battery in today and it doesn’t recognize me as the owner. Suggestions are appreciated.
This should not happen @Katjazzlover! Please ensure you are logging in with the owner credentials and not as shared user, as well as check your locations in the app to ensure the right location is selected. If this concern persists, try removing and reinstalling the app on your mobile device. Let us know how this goes!
