Not recieving motion notifications on IPHONE

Hi all, set my 1st ring purchase up yesterday it’s a stick up cam. Last night was receiving notifications fine. This morning I’m receiving only some notifications.
Followed set up instructions properly and have set my zones up properly too.

Anyone have any advice please.

Hi @SJH. Can you clarify what notifications you aren’t receiving? Are you seeing motions in the Event History that you aren’t being notified of? You can test this out by walking in front of your Stick Up Cam to trigger a motion event and then seeing if it sends an alert to your phone.

Motion notifications. I’ve tried turning phone off and on. Logging in and out of the ring app.
Then going outside and standing in front of the camera view and waving. Some notifications I get but not all.

@SJH Try checking the Motion Frequency if you have a battery operated Camera. The default setting is Regularly, but you may want to change it to Frequently to better fit your preferences and to ensure you receive a notification for all motions that your Camera detects. You can also try adjusting the Motion Zones to make sure they cover the areas you need.
