Not Receiving Notifications using Samsung S8
I have not been receiving any notifications (motion alerts or ring alerts) for about two weeks. I have done all the troubleshooting--gone through all the suggested fixes - checking notification settings (phone and app), clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, turning my phone off/on during those steps..etc. fThe Ring Doorbell 2 is working....app is recording all motion and ring alerts...I am just not receiving notifications. I don't know what else to do and it's very frustrating. Everything was working perfect...until it wasn't. Any recommendations are welcome. Thank you!
