I have not been receiving any notifications (motion alerts or ring alerts) for about two weeks. I have done all the troubleshooting–gone through all the suggested fixes - checking notification settings (phone and app), clearing cache, clearing data, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, turning my phone off/on during those steps…etc. fThe Ring Doorbell 2 is working…app is recording all motion and ring alerts…I am just not receiving notifications. I don’t know what else to do and it’s very frustrating. Everything was working perfect…until it wasn’t. Any recommendations are welcome. Thank you!

I researched other threads and discovered multiple Samsung users having issues with the Clean Master App intercepting Ring notifications. I uninstalled the Clean Master App, uninstalled and re-installed the Ring App and I am now receiving Ring notifications again. I’m glad I have Ring notifications again.
