I am not receiving motion alerts in the last few days,tried to reinstall the ring app,logged in again ,everything and still not working.
Hi @Teo1988! Is there a visible LED indicator illuminating on this as intended? If not, the best next step is checking the battery level, which can be seen in the Ring app on the Motion Detector page. Power cycling (removing/ reinserting battery) might also resolve this. Please also ensure your Motion Detector is well within range of the Base Station, or Range Extender, to ensure it is not signal related. I hope this helps!
