My ring used to pick up people when they came through the front door but it has stopped doing it. I have reset it all and it picked people up for a day and has now stopped again. This is important to me as I need to see if an ex comes to the door, for police purposes. Feeling unprotected now…what can I do???
Hi there, @Michelle1967! The best setting to check next is the Motion Frequency. The motion frequency feature is intended to preserve battery by preventing excessive alerts in high traffic areas. Check out our help center article about this feature to see how to use it best. I recommend also checking other motion settings to ensure detection is optimal. I hope this helps!
