I have a gen 1 ring doorbell and it shows it is off line but will not give me an option to reconnect. What do I do to reconnect to my Wi-Fi?
Hi @Emelendez. If your Doorbell is offline, you should have the option to reconnect it by navigating to the Device Health page in the Ring App and choosing the Reconnect to Wi-Fi option. You’ll need to be at the Doorbell as it will require you to press the setup button in order get it reconnected to wifi. I hope that helps!
