I was getting ring notifications for motion alerts and a couple days ago they stopped. I have rebooted phone, toggled through the alerts and still not getting notifications. I have an iPhone 14. I’m getting notifications from other apps but not ring.
Hi @Joenboerne. Make sure you have motion alerts toggled on for your Ring Camera or Doorbell under Devices > your Doorbell or Camera > Motion Alerts.
