Checked all the settings on the app and on my iPhone and I still will not get notifications, but my wife still gets them. This makes the ring useless to me.
Hi there, @adamaleman.inc. With notifications working on at least one mobile device, this is a great sign that your Ring device is sending the alerts successfully. The next best thing to check is Ring and mobile device connection. Please ensure there is not a vpn enabled. To ensure this is for all event types, try ringing your Doorbell to receive a notifications. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
