Not getting motion notifications

So for the past several weeks now I have not been getting any notifications on my phone whenever someone walks to my doorstep on my ring bell camera. For some odd reason when I leave my house and walk in front of the camera the notifications comes up but for everyone or everything else it doesn’t. Also only notifications I really get is when someone rings the bell and not their movements. I have checked all the settings and they are set to enable notifications. Anyone know what is going on with my notifications?

Hi @user15267. Are you seeing motion detected in the Event History in the Ring app? Or is there also no record of motion in the Event History? We have a guide on optimizing the motion detection on your Ring Doorbell which may help as motion detection concerns typically require some trial and error with adjusting the settings to find what works best for you.

Yes I can see all the history from the events but still not getting the notification in my phone.

I’m having the same issue. The video doorbell wired only notify me when I open my door or I’d someone is really close to my door. I have sensitivity to the highest, I have the zone mapped out I tried with smart alert on and off, but nothing didn’t work. Sigh
