Not getting alerts

I am using two phones for alerts. Both were getting alerts, but now only one is. I cannot see to figure out how to get the second one to work again. Both phones are iPhone 8’s.



Hi @dbarash! If one mobile device is receiving alerts, this a great start as it factors out both Ring device and wifi connection variables. On the phone that is not working, please try removing and reinstalling the Ring app, as well as check that VPN, bluetooth, and mobile device settings like do not disturb, is not enabled.
