Not detecting or recording motion

I thought i could do a chat support but i was told on the chat that i had to call. I’m not calling.

So, ive been paying for the basic protect plan but not getting any recording or detecting of motion or people. The only thing I will get SOMETIMES is animals or people on my sidewalk which is a few feet from the doorbell camera. however, months ago I would get all kinds of motion in my neighborhood.

I have changed the sensitivity to max, made sure i’m getting the people and motion recording and alerts, and I’ve adjusted the view zone as the entire shot. I do not understand why I’m missing all these motions. I’ve also deleted the app and reinstalled it.

I have had this camera since 2021. Possibly up until this year is when it stopped doing what its supposed to be doing. I need some help and it needs to be remotely and not over the telephone. I have trouble talking and processing. Super annoyed that I can’t do a live support chat.
