Hi @Charlie1998! As long as you’ve subscribed your Ring device using the proper Ring account during checkout, this should apply to your devices. If recordings are still not showing up in event history, please remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device. Try also testing a live view, to ensure the Ring device is online.I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
