I have a ring 2 video doorbell and a stickup cam. I noticed today that the stickup cam is connected fine but the doorbell won’t. I even tried a hard reset and nothing. I’ve only had it for 4 months and they are both connected to solar panels.
Hi @Bonniebelle1263! I recommend charging the Doorbell battery for several hours to ensure it is fully charged. Once charged, please attempt another setup inside your home and close to the router.
