Not connecting to wifi

My ring 2 doorbell was working fine and then came offline. I’ve tried to reconnect to WiFi and it just keeps saying wrong password. The password is correct. Any help?

Hi @Jf163. For this concern, I would try to reset your Doorbell and then reconnect it to wifi. To reset the Doorbell, press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds, then release. Once that is complete, you can reconnect to wifi. This should allow you to join your network. I hope this helps!
