Not connecting to live veiw

Hi for some reason our bell won’t let us connect to live veiw the battery is charged and it was working yesterday but now it just keeps saying disconnected reconnect. Any ideas?? Thanks

I am having the same issue. It’s shows online, chimes when someone rings, but will not connect to live view. I have reconnected the Wi-Fi, reset the Wi-Fi, and rebooted the device. Battery is charged, but seems to be using battery life faster than it used too as well. Can anyone let me know if they had this issue and how you were able to resolve it?

Power-cycled device (i.e., popped out batter)?

Cleared the cache from the app? Delete the app, restart the cellphone, and re-add app?

When I started having weird issues with my Video Doorbell 2, I called Ring Support and asked for a replacement. I had explain all the issues and the trouble-shooting I did. They agreed that there wasn’t much more to be done and sent me a replacement. I have the Ring Plus Plan.
