Not connecting to internet

I had the doorbell for over a year worked fine and in the last 2 months, it’s on and off with the internet. I have re-booted and reconnected and nothing is in the way. It just corrected itself one day and started working. Now it’s back to not connecting. Is this an update issue?

I’m having the same issues. I thought it was my provider so I switched and now the thing disconnects from the internet as soon as i get it hardwired back in. It also takes the app 8 tries to recognize the ring. Prior to all this my app would just turn off and I would have to keep readding it as a new device. Firmware was updated so I’m not sure what the problem is. I too have had this for almost 2 years and only since their great new features update have I had issues.
