Cameras not connecting through mobile, will connect through wifi, after connecting through wifi they will connect on mobile, after a couple of days will not reconnect on mobile again. Cant access live view or videos, no use having cameras if not useable whilst away from home. They have been working fine for over a year previously.
Hi @user31911. What type of phone are you using, and what version of the Ring app is installed? Do you have an active VPN on your phone? What is the RSSI for the devices that are having difficulty with Live View? This information will help us determine what is happening here.
