Often times, (too often I might add), I find that my cameras are not capturing very important videos/photos. Someone will come into view of the camera, but none of my ring devices will capture the video or the photos. I am paying the fee per year to have the monitoring service, but the cameras are not capturing…what is the point of having security cameras if they will not work exactly when I need them to?
Hi @FPonzo. If your Motion Detection is not working correctly on your Cameras, try the following steps:

Adjust your Cameras Motion Zones to cover the area you want motion detected at

Increase the Motion Sensitivity of your Camera to the maximum.
- If they are battery-powered, change the Motion frequency to Frequent. This option will cause the battery to drain a bit quicker.
