Not able to see sharedcameras

My brother and I have separate ring accounts at different houses. I need to be able to open my Ring app and toggle locations to see his cameras at his house without having to log in with his user/pword and security code.

When I was logged into his account on my phone to set up the cameras, I added the email address of my account to the list. I got the email notification and clicked on manage access but I can’t see anywhere on my phone app how to toggle to his house and see the cameras.

I even reinstalled the app but nothing.

How do I contact tech support to get this resolved, seems like even text support is not available.
