Not able to activate the siren and not able to talk through app

I just installed a new floodlight camera 2 days ago. Now the siren is not working when I try to activate it and I’m not able to talk back and forth through the app. I researched the forums and from what I’m getting I have to reset the camera and see what happens is this correct?

Hi there, @Paizonss! When two way audio interaction and the siren does not trigger when toggled, this can some times be related to connection. To confirm further, if you toggle the lights from the Ring app do they illuminate on your Floodlight Camera?

Being able to toggle lights, connect to live view, receive motion alerts, and operate all other parts of the Floodlight Camera will be a good sign of sufficient connection. If this is the case, and the siren and audio still does not work, please reset the Camera by holding it’s setup button for 20 seconds. Once this step is complete, please reconnect your Ring device by following the steps in this help center article. Feel free to let us know how this goes! :slight_smile:
