Why is my door bell telling me “a person is detected at my door” when someone is walking on the sidewalk, but it’s not telling me when someone is at my actual door!?!?? We’ve messed with settings and can’t figure it out!
Hi @JAJLMS. You may need to try and adjust your settings a bit more as it can take some trial and error to find the settings that work best for you as everyone’s home environment is different. We have a guide for optimizing the motion detection on your Doorbell here, which may have some helpful tips you haven’t tried yet.
