Non functioning doorbell

I have ring doorbell. This is the second one i have had and has developed the same issue.It worked find initially. Then the battery ran out. It will no longer connect to my wifi. I cannot set it up as it fails to connect.I have even brought it to work to set it up to my wifi here and it will not do so.What do i do next?!
