NoLive View!

Had the doorbell 4 weeks, can no longer connect to live view on either mobile. Notifications are not working either but are on my husbands IPhone. Tested WIFI, very strong. That is not the problem. See lots of people having the same issue. So I have an expensive doorbell that doesn’t work…and I just paid for a year.y extra plan.

My LiveView is working just fine at the moment. BUT - I only have the ring apps installed on one device AND I have the motion related options (detections and alerts) disabled. I realize that is not a viable long term solution.

You could try the same. Just as a test. If your results are the same as mine that might be a clue for ring development. Perhaps the little ring doorbell is being overworked…
